We’ve done this hundreds of times and know what adjusters look for. You stay in control as the policyholder, we just make sure the claim is handled right.
In most cases, just your deductible. If you want upgrades beyond what insurance covers, like a premium shingle color or gutter guards, those would be additional.
But for a standard claim, most homeowners only pay their deductible when we handle the documentation.
